There are few better ways to optimize your swing power than by improving your flexibility through stretching. Stretching is something that any golfer can do: it's easy, requires no special devices or training aids, and takes little time. (Warning: That doesn't mean it won't hurt, though, especially in the beginning!)

When I started noticing that I'd lost some distance on my swings, I immediately began hunting for a fix. I looked in the direction of yoga and found Lucas Rockwood's excellent YogaBody system. I highly recommend Lucas's free book, as well as the YogaBody supplements.
